Facilities and amenities include 24-hour reception, central safety deposit box (extra charge), free Wi-Fi in public areas, outdoor swimming pool (10:00-19:00), sunbeds & umbrellas (free at the pool, with extra charge at the beach by an offsite third party), pool towels (deposit & extra charge), sun terrace, private onsite parking, first aid, doctor on call (extra charge), restaurant, bar, pets are allowed on request (extra charge), children's play area, and children's pool.

Rooms feature air-conditioning/heating, satellite TV, iron (on request), mini fridge, electric kettle (on request) bathtub/WC or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathroom amenities, balcony/terrace, maid service (6 times per week), towel change (3 times per week), and linen change (2 times per week).

In case of choosing the option of "all inclusive": The All Inclusive-concept includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) and mealtime drinks such as soft drinks, beer, wine, water and alcoholic drinks, all of local brands. Drinks are served from morning until late evening (approx until 22.-24.00 hrs). Opening times vary between different hotels. In certain hotels the activities program is also included.
